Tasting Notes
A lovely pale salmon/copper appearance - sunsets where the desert meets the sea. Lifted aromas of orange peel, mandarins and grapefruit scream refreshment. A gentle creaminess to the aromas reminds of peaches and cream desserts on a warm summer evening. On the palate, a dry, fresh burst of fruit flavours include rock melon, mandarins and a glossy glide of peaches and cream again. There is just enough pith and texture to keep the fruit flavours in line. The balance between dry and fruit-sweet texture is seamless. Perfect for summer evenings on the superyacht (or tinnie) in Port Phillip Bay, coastal towns, or anywhere that a thirst needs quenching and the ambiance of summer is in the air.
Vineyard Notes
A selection of Pinot Noir (60%) and Pinot Meunier (40% ) from premium vineyards in Coldstream and Gladsydale.
Vintage Notes
A vintage defined by warm, dry conditions, healthy crops and harvesting in late summer/early autumn. The resulting wines have great intensity of flavour and vibrant, balanced acidities.
